Born in the Triana neighborhood of Seville, she is considered “the protagonist of the last great revolution of cante jondo”. Besides being a singer, Rosario La Tremendita is a composer, producer, lyricist and multi-instrumentalist. Her albums show us the natural evolution of a great flamenco connoisseur, as well as that of a restless artist in continuous search, daughter of her time, with an irrepressible eagerness for research and renovation that absorbs current influences without losing its essence: flamenco. Her music is a journey from today to yesterday, through a contemporary sound surface that walks between electronic, funk, jazz and experimental, to the earth and to the hands that search for it.
