Juan Carlos Senante better known as Caco Senante (born October 25, 1949 in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain) is a singer from the Canary Islands. In the 70’s he began to sing Latin American popular music, a hobby that he left in 1975 when he began to compose his own songs. Within his repertoire are musical versions of poems written by Canarian poets and themes related to the Canary Islands.
